About the Organiser
The Department of Laws, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, is a centre for legal education, research and professional development. The Department promotes academic excellence, legal research, advocacy skills and practical exposure through moot courts, seminars, conferences and other academic activities.
About the Competition
The competition aims to provide law students with a platform to develop and demonstrate their legal research, memorial drafting, advocacy, application of law and courtroom skills.
Competition Structure
The competition will feature the Preliminary, Quarter-Final, Semi-Final and Final rounds. Participants will argue before experienced judges and engage with contemporary constitutional and legal issues.
Eligibility

- Memorials must be prepared for both the Petitioner and the Respondent.
