Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised L Catterton India Fund on its investment in Nandhana Foods Private Limited (the “Company”), by way of a subscription to newly issued equity shares and the acquisition of equity shares from existing shareholders (the “Transaction”).
The Company operates South Indian cuisine restaurants and cloud kitchens and is also engaged in the retail sale of spices and pickles under its own brand.
CAM advised on all aspects of the Transaction, including the legal due diligence and the transaction documents.
