About the Opportunity
Vaish Associates Advocates is looking to hire a highly motivated and capable Junior Associate with 1–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience to join their Corporate Restructuring and Private Client Practice in New Delhi.
Roles and Responsibilities
The role will involve working closely with senior members of the team on complex transactions and advisory assignments and will require strong legal acumen, excellent drafting skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments and timelines effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in corporate restructuring and general corporate advisory, with a particular focus on schemes of arrangement, mergers and demergers before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), fast-track mergers, stamp duty advisory and succession planning.
