Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with research, analysis, and preparation of briefing notes.
  • Conduct legal, policy, business, social sector, and institutional research.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, concept notes, and strategic documents.
  • Support coordination with clients, professionals, institutions, organisations, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and maintain action trackers.
  • Support meetings through agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Conduct market, competitor, industry, and institutional research.
  • Assist in business development and partnership initiatives.
  • Support professional communication, social media, and digital content initiatives.
  • Maintain databases, records, research material, and confidential office documents.
  • Develop new ideas, programs, campaigns, and institutional initiatives.
  • Undertake special projects directly assigned by the Founder Office.

Eligibility

  • Good command of English with strong analytical and research abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong drafting and documentation skills.
  • Professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in law, governance, business, public policy, social innovation, and leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Preferred academic backgrounds include LL.B., B.A.LL.B., B.B.A.LL.B., LL.M., MBA, BBA, journalism, political science, social sciences, economics, commerce, public policy, or related disciplines.
