About the Two-Day Single Credit Course
The intensive Single Credit Course offers a comprehensive and in-depth exploration of the paradigm shift in India’s criminal justice system brought about by the introduction of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (BSA).
The course has been carefully curated for legal professionals, academicians, research scholars, students and engaged citizens. It seeks to bridge the gap between theoretical legal concepts and their practical, real-world application.
Upon completion of the course, participants are expected to have engaged in comprehensive deliberation on the three core dimensions of the New Criminal Laws.

About the International Conference
The International Conference is titled “Transforming Criminal Justice in India: Implementation of the New Criminal Laws, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Justice.”
The conference comes against the backdrop of the transformation of India’s criminal justice system following the enactment of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (BSA).
Alongside these legislative reforms, the growing integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital technologies, electronic evidence, forensic science and cybersecurity has significantly altered policing, investigation, prosecution, adjudication and correctional administration.
