About the Opportunity
DPR Solutions Inc is looking for an experienced Legal Consultant with strong Corporate Legal & Commercial Contract Drafting experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience
- Must have experience working with Corporate / In-house Legal teams
- Strong hands-on experience in Commercial Contract Drafting, Review & Negotiation
- Experience drafting/reviewing:
- MSA – Master Service Agreements
- SOW – Statements of Work
- NDA – Non-Disclosure Agreements
- SaaS / IT Agreements
- Vendor / Client Agreements
- Service & Licensing Agreements
- Strong understanding of contractual risk, indemnity, liability, termination, confidentiality and dispute-resolution clauses
- Experience managing the end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Candidates primarily from corporate companies preferred; pure litigation/law-firm profiles are not suitable.
