The long-running litigation between Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation (ENRC), the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), Dechert and its former partner Neil Gerrard has reached a conclusion with an out-of-court settlement.
The case dates back to 2017, when Kazakh mining company ENRC brought a civil claim against Dechert and Gerrard, before bringing separate proceedings against the SFO in 2019.
