About the Speaker
Dr. Vikalp Shrivastava is an assistant professor at the School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR Campus.
He teaches company law, securities law, the LLM Foundation Course, and research methodology to PhD scholars. He presently serves as the department’s research coordinator, supervising and coordinating PhD research.
Dr. Shrivastava has also been actively associated with the ADR Committee, contributing to the organization of academic and professional initiatives such as Corporate Connect and INRR.
