Mehrotra has been promoted to head the Firm’s Litigation practice, having previously served as a Senior Associate at the firm. An Advocate-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India, she has practised at the firm since its inception. Over more than nine years at the Bar, her practice has spanned civil and commercial litigation, service and labour law, criminal de fence, and constitutional writ matters, with regular appearances before the Supreme Court, the Delhi High Court and specialised tribunals.
As a filing Advocate-on-Record, Mehrotra has independently handled Special Leave Petitions, writ proceedings, contempt petitions and criminal appeals, alongside matters involving service law, insolvency and arbitration.
