The Ministry of Justice is inviting submissions from individuals interested in joining the new LawtechUK Advisory Board or becoming a LawtechUK Ambassador to support the next phase of the programme.
Since 2019, LawtechUK has supported the development and adoption of legal technology across England and Wales. As the programme enters a new phase of delivery from November 2026 to March 2029, it is looking for experienced individuals who can help maximise its impact and support the continued growth of legal innovation across the sector.

The LawtechUK Advisory Board will provide independent expertise, strategic advice and constructive challenge on programme delivery. Alongside this, a network of LawtechUK Ambassadors will help champion the programme, support stakeholder engagement and contribute their expertise to activities that strengthen the UK lawtech ecosystem. Both roles provide an opportunity to help shape the future of legal innovation and support one of the MoJ’s flagship legal services programmes.
The MoJ is seeking applications from individuals across legal services, lawtech, technology, academia, business, investment, access to justice and the wider legal innovation ecosystem.
