Weil, Gotshal & Manges has hired a PE-focused M&A partner from Freshfields in Frankfurt, as exits from the magic circle firm across continental Europe mount.
The US firm has hired Olga Stürmer, who has been at Freshfields since 2013, making partner in 2021.
