The practice handles a diverse portfolio involving criminal matters, civil and commercial disputes, and arbitrations.

About the Internship

Applications are invited from law students for an internship during the term from October 2026 to December 2026. Selected interns will assist the team in matters before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conducting in-depth case law research, preparing proposition notes, and assisting with brief-building.

  • Assisting with initial drafts of pleadings, writ petitions, and company applications.

  • Preparing case files, convenience compilations, and case-law trackers.

  • Accompanying counsels to court and tribunal hearings and physical arbitration proceedings.

Eligibility

  • Students currently enrolled in the third to fifth year of a five-year LL.B. programme.

  • Students currently enrolled in the second or third year of a three-year LL.B. programme.

  • Strong knowledge of procedural laws, including the CPC and CrPC/BNSS, and statutes such as the Companies Act, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, and the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

  • Sound research skills using legal databases such as SCC Online and Manupatra.

  • Punctuality, attention to detail, and willingness to work in an active court environment.

The internship will be conducted from October 2026 to December 2026.
