‘Moving at speed’ – Taylor Wessing and Stephenson Harwood size up merger – Legal Business

Stephenson Harwood is in talks over a merger with Taylor Wessing, following the latter’s breakaway from the transatlantic firm now known as Winston Taylor.

The talks come months after Taylor Wessing became an independent European firm in June, following the UK arm’s merger with US firm Winston & Strawn.
