About the Internship
Legalis IP is inviting applications for the position of Admin Intern for an eight-week remote internship.
The internship will provide practical exposure to administrative coordination, recruitment, event management, internal operations, documentation, and coordination with different divisions of the organisation. Interns will work closely with the leadership and relevant teams to support the day-to-day functioning of Legalis IP and its academic and institutional initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected interns will assist with recruitment, shortlisting, interview coordination, onboarding, coordination with different divisions, and tracking of tasks, deadlines, meetings, and internal updates.
They will also support webinars, workshops, competitions, and other academic initiatives; coordinate with speakers, participants, applicants, team members, and institutional collaborators; and manage Google Forms, Google Sheets, attendance records, participant lists, and organisational trackers.
The role will further involve preparing certificates and feedback forms, maintaining event documentation and organisational records, following up on pending tasks and confirmations, supporting the leadership with administrative and operational requirements, and ensuring that assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
Eligibility
- Law students pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate programmes.
- Recent law graduates.
- Students from allied disciplines with an interest in legal, academic, policy, administrative, or organisational work.
- Applicants with good communication and coordination skills.
- Applicants with organisational and time-management skills.
- Applicants who demonstrate responsiveness, attention to detail, professionalism, and consistency.
- Applicants willing to take responsibility and work independently.
Prior experience in administration, event coordination, student societies, or leadership roles will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Duration
The duration of the internship is eight weeks.
Mode and Location
The internship will be conducted remotely/online. Applicants from across India may apply.
Stipend
This is an unpaid and voluntary internship. No monetary stipend will be provided.
