Quinn Emanuel London senior partner Richard East has joined the firm’s team acting for the claimants on the long-running Mariana Dam litigation against BHP.
Quinn has been working alongside Pogust Goodhead on the group claim, which is valued as high as £36bn, with partner Justin Michaelson leading.
