Apeksha Sawant has joined Allianz Jio Reinsurance Limited as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer.
Sawant is an alumna of University of Mumbai. She earned her LLM from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
She has close to 15 years of experience in regulatory compliance, corporate legal, litigation management, and contract management in the general insurance industry.
Sawant joins Allianz Jio after spending a year at Mahindra Insurance Brokers. Her past engagements include stints at Liberty General Insurance and ICICI Lombard.
