About the Blog
Labour & Liberty is the dedicated publication platform of CASLW. It seeks to encourage informed discussion on emerging questions of labour and employment law and their wider social, economic and regulatory dimensions.
The Blog particularly encourages analytical pieces that critically engage with developing legislation, judicial decisions, regulatory policy and changes in the nature of work, rather than merely describing the law.
About the Call
CASLW, RGNUL invites submissions for the Labour & Liberty Blog. The Blog seeks contemporary, analytical and interdisciplinary scholarship on labour, employment and workplace regulation from students, academics, practitioners and researchers.
