About the Book
The upcoming edited volume is titled Law in the Age of AI: Rights, Risks and Reforms.
About the Oppotunity
WISDOM Journal invites original and unpublished book chapter submissions for the edited volume. The book will examine the legal and ethical implications of Artificial Intelligence, including its impact on legal systems, governance, fundamental rights, decision-making, privacy, accountability, liability and access to justice.
Theme
Authors may submit chapters related to the theme of Law in the Age of AI: Rights, Risks and Reforms. The volume seeks interdisciplinary perspectives on the opportunities, challenges and reforms required to ensure justice, equity and human dignity in the era of intelligent technologies.
Submission Categories
Original and unpublished book chapters related to the title and theme of the edited volume may be submitted.
Eligibility
The source does not specify separate eligibility criteria. Co-authorship is permitted, subject to a maximum of three authors per chapter.
Submission Guidelines
Each chapter must be 1,200–1,500 words in length, excluding the abstract and references. Submissions must include an abstract of 150 words.
The citation style to be followed is OSCOLA. The organisers have stated that there is zero tolerance for AI usage and that the plagiarism limit is below 10%.
Formatting Guidelines
Submissions must follow the specified chapter length, abstract requirement, OSCOLA citation style, zero-tolerance AI usage requirement and plagiarism limit of below 10%.
Publication Details
The date of publication of the edited book is 15 November 2026. The decision of the Review Panel shall be final and binding.
