About the Internship
APAG Law is inviting applications for one legal internship position at its office on Saki Vihar Road, Powai, Mumbai.
Roles and Responsibilities
The intern will have the opportunity to conduct legal research, assist with drafting, review documents and learn how legal issues are analysed in customs and indirect tax matters.
The intern will also assist the Partner with preparing case notes, organising materials for ongoing matters and summarising legal developments relevant to the firm’s work. The tasks assigned will depend on the matters underway and the intern’s experience.

Eligibility

Law students in their second year or above may apply.

Applicants should be curious about taxation law and willing to learn.

Prior experience in customs or indirect tax is not required.

Applicants must be able to commit to the internship for at least three months and work a minimum of three days per week.
Duration
The internship will be for at least three months, with the possibility of an extension.
Mode and Working Arrangement
The internship may be part-time or full-time, depending on the selected candidate’s availability. The working arrangement can be discussed in light of the candidate’s academic schedule, provided the minimum weekly commitment is met.

Stipend
The intern will receive a stipend of ₹5,000 per month, with the possibility of an increase based on performance and commitment.
