Shastrartha, the debating society of Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur, is thrilled to announce the VI edition of its flagship inter-varsity debating tournament, Justice R.K. Tankha Memorial Debate, from October 30 to November 1, 2026, offline at its campus in Jabalpur, M.P.
Known for its rigorous motions, warm hospitality, exceptional adjudication featuring world-class international judges, India’s highest prize pool, an unforgettable Break Night at a premium venue, and intense competitiveness, Justice R.K. Tankha PD continues to attract some of the best debaters across India and beyond.
This is your chance to test your mettle against the sharpest minds in the circuit. This year’s edition promises to be the grandest yet, featuring the largest prize pool in Asia – Rs. 3,80,000, and participation from some of the most distinguished universities from India and abroad.
The organizers are deeply honored to present an exceptional Core Adjudication Panel (CAP) for JRKTPD’26, featuring Raymond Kimura, flying in from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, alongside an accomplished panel of international and domestic adjudicators, who will be announced soon.
