Dozens of in-house leaders gathered at Sea Containers Events in central London earlier this week for the Legal 500 M&A forum, in association with Sullivan & Cromwell, to discuss dealmaking in an increasingly volatile world.
The event kicked off with a panel hosted by Sullivan & Cromwell M&A and private equity partner Ben Perry (pictured right) titled ‘Going, going, gone: running competitive auction processes.’
