This sort of behavior is generally frowned upon. Maybe no one told him that.

Rutgers University dean charged after allegedly taking upskirt videos: Authorities

A Rutgers University dean was charged with invasion of privacy after investigators alleged he used his phone to take upskirt videos of others.

Joshua Kohut, 51, of Cranbury, New Jersey, who serves as the dean of research at the university’s the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, was arrested Tuesday, according to the New Jersey Attorney General’s office.

Investigators allege Kohut used a cell phone to film another person’s undergarments and the probe prompted a search of his home on Monday, according to the attorney general.

There, investigators seized five electronic devices and allegedly found the upskirt images and videos on them, according to Attorney General Jennifer Davenport and the criminal complaint.

“An invasion of privacy like this is not just disturbing, it is also a criminal act. We will prosecute accordingly,” she said in a statement.

Attorney information for Kohut wasn’t immediately available.
