Thomson Reuters and iManage deepen AI partnership with MCP-enabled knowledge integration

iManage and Thomson Reuters today (20 August) announced a deeper strategic partnership including model context protocol support that enables Thomson Reuters’ AI tools to access provisioned iManage content while preserving access controls and ethical walls.

iManage documents can flow into the Thomson Reuters workflow and the resulting work product is returned automatically, meaning a firm can better leverage its own governed knowledge. The partnership is also designed to share context that is specific to the client while maintaining separate repositories or parallel governance regimes.
